PU LUONG EASY RIDE MOTORBIKE

We took a day trip to the Ph Luong Region from Hanoi. Although our accommodation was slightly outside the old quarter, we were picked up from the front door. It was only the two of us, but they still did the tour. The driver took us to Mai Chau view point, where we met our guide Quach Tan, who grew up in the region. It was market day, so we made a spontaneous stop and had a look around and learned something about the local herbs and vegetables. We then went to Pu Luong and had a walk down to the village and on to the bat cave, which was very impressive. After lunch at a local home stay (vegan and vegetarian possible), we drove along beautiful rice Terraces and went trekking in a valley with small, old villages and many rice fields. After a tea break, the driver took us back to Hanoi. On the way we got to see some more fantastic rice terraces. We had a great time!

The Pu Luong Day Trip from Hanoi was an amazing experience. Our local guide Tan was great and interested everyone feels welcomed and enjoing themselves. Me and my family enjoyed amazing natural landscapes, caves and walking along green rice fields in Pu Luong. Also the food at the restaurant was excellent. The only negative point is the long transfer by car (4h to reach Pu Luong from Hanoi and 4,5h to come back) but we were well informed by the tour operator. In my opinion is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED nevertheless the long day transfer.

I didn't have so many clues when I chose their trip, but i was really satisfied. The experience was coherent to what is described on the website, we stuck to the plan without fail. All the staff that I met (driver, guide, hotel staff) was really professional. Also I was really lucky because I had a private tour, since there were no other tourists :) I highly recommend visiting Lu Puong, particularly during the week,in order to not encounter so many people
