Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation online, over phone or by email or signing our request form or using or obtaining any materials, information. By accessing the Pu Luong Excursions website (collectively, “our Website”, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Puluong Excursions, and “you” and “your” refers to you, the user of Our Website.

We may modify these Terms for any reason – at any time – by posting a new version on Our Website; these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT


Deposit of 30% of the total of tour is required upon booking confirmation. Except as otherwise agreed by Pu Luong Excursions, the final balance is required 60 days before departure. Not to comply with the policy, Puluong Excursions reserve the right to cancel your booking.
If made bookings within 60 days (2 months) before arrival date, you are requested to pay the whole tour value at the booking time.

Payment can be made online by using popular credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express excluding transaction fee. Please add in 3% bank fee for Visa, Mastercard or 4.4% for American Express to the total amount of payment each time. After receiving the payment, you are granted the final confirmation itinerary, accommodation and flight list (if any), which can be sent to you by a separated email.

BOOKING AMENDMENT

Flexible. That is the nature of travelling. Even when a booking is paid, both of us can amend your itinerary based on actual circumstances or events like weather, hotel and flight availability. You acknowledge that considerable flexibility and should allow for alternatives. Pu Luong Excursions’ team are always supportive to find the best solution accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-Refundable

Non-refundable deposit of 30 USD per person for hotel and cruise boat upon service confirmation and 100 USD per person upon confirmations of flight tickets and package tours. Bank fee is also none-refundable in all cancellation cases.

Cancellations by customers

60 days prior to arrival date: No cancellation fee, except non-refundable deposit and plus the cancellation fees based on the specific suppliers’ policies if any.
59 – 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 30% per total booking value and plus the cancellation fees based on the specific suppliers’ cancellation policies if any.
30 days – 15 days prior to arrival date: 59 – 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 50% per total booking value and plus the cancellation fees based on the specific suppliers’ policies if any.
14 – 7 days before arrival: 59 – 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 70% per total booking value and plus the cancellation fees based on the specific suppliers’ policies if any.

Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100 % charge per group/booking.

Our cancellation policies are based on FIT and may differ for GIT bookings. The specific cancellation terms will be determined by the policies of individual service providers such as hotels, tour guides, and restaurants. Please reach out to your consultant for precise information regarding cancellation policies associated with your booking.

Cancellation by Pu Luong Excursions

We may cancel your tour at any time prior to departure if terrorism, natural disasters, political and social unrest, or other chaotic events happen at your travel destination. If your trip is canceled, you can either change another alternate travel date or receive a refund excluding bank fee, third party’s service charge and any unrecoverable costs. You should consult particular clause at your local travel insurance agency.

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES

No refund for any unused service after the tour has started off.

LIABILITY

We do not take responsibility for any loss, injury or damage induced by passengers. The passengers are warned of additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, natural disaster, political chaos. So that passengers are advised to buy travel insurance before travelling.   Local conditions and airline schedules may impact on hotels, resorts and itineraries. Were it to happen, we will endeavor to find the possible substitutes being quite similar in value. Participation on any tours shown on this website implies consent to the above conditions by relevant parties.

PASSPORT AND ENTRY VISA

Passport must be valid for six months at least based on your entry date to upcoming travel destination. It is your responsibility to qualify that you possess all travel documents such as passport and necessary visas or permits that are valid for travel.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

No tour in the website include travel insurance. Passengers take full responsibility to prepare a travel issuance. We highly recommend that you own a wide-covered travel insurance that can cover all elements of your tour, such as loss of baggage, personal things, injury and cancellation. Based on your budget and policies of local insurance agency, a comprehensive travel insurance is strongly advised.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Pu Luong Excursions reserve the right to take photos during your tour or a part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. By travelling with Pu Luong Excursions, you agree to allow your images to be used in such photographs. If you refuse your images for public use, please request to your tour guide directly at the beginning of each itinerary.
