Nam Du islands

Exploring Vietnam’s islands is a fascinating adventure with blue water, sandy beaches stretching as far as the eye can see. In this article, we’ve ranked 10 of Vietnam’s islands that you must-see for a dream holiday.

1. Con Dao Island

Con Dao island is the most beautiful island in Vietnam with a special history. During the French colonization, the island was used as a prison where detained and tortured political prisoners. It has a crystal clear ocean, beautiful white sand that spreads for miles along and long rows of coconut trees along the beach. Diving in Con Dao island is a great experience as you can see sea turtles and dolphins.

A small note is strong winds make parts of Con Dao inaccessible for several months each year. So you should make a suitable plan trip if you want to join diving or snorkeling tours.
